By accessing or using Globe Capital Securities's website, services, or subscribing to any of our membership plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Globe Capital Securities, governed by the laws of India.

Globe Capital Securities is a technology-driven trading advisory platform. We provide:

- **Trade Signals and Tips:** Generated by our proprietary in-house algorithms for informational and educational purposes only. - **Expert Advisory Services:** Market analysis, sector insights, and trading guidance from our experienced team of professionals. - **Portfolio Management (Advisory Basis):** Our team of expert professionals assists clients in managing their portfolios on an advisory basis under a membership model.

Globe Capital does not execute trades on your behalf without your explicit instruction and consent. We are not a registered stock broker or Portfolio Management Service (PMS).

**Advisory Services:** Our trade signals and tips are technology-driven recommendations. They are not guaranteed to generate profits and should not be construed as personalised investment advice.

**Not a Stock Broker:** We do not execute trades directly. Our Order Management System (OMS) automates trade replication in your linked broker account (Angel One, Aliceblue, Fyers) based on research signals, with your prior consent and setup.

**Not a PMS:** Our portfolio management service operates on an advisory basis. You retain full ownership and control of your funds at all times.

**Market Risk:** All investments in equity, F&O, and commodities carry inherent market risk. Past performance of our signals does not guarantee future results.

**Plans:** We offer three membership tiers — Basic (₹29,999/month), Standard (₹49,999/month), and Advanced (₹99,999/month) — as described on our website. Plan details may change from time to time with prior notice.

**Payment:** Membership fees are payable in advance for the chosen subscription period. We accept payments via NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and other supported payment methods.

**Renewals:** Memberships do not auto-renew. You will be notified before your membership expires to renew manually.

**Refunds:** Due to the nature of our research and advisory services, all membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun and services have been delivered. If a refund is requested before any services have been consumed, we will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis.

**Pricing Changes:** We reserve the right to change membership prices. Existing members will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information during registration - Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials - Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian laws - Not share your membership access, trade signals, or reports with third parties - Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary algorithms or signals - Acknowledge that investment decisions are ultimately your own responsibility - Ensure your linked broker account is active and has sufficient funds before enabling OMS integration - Comply with your broker's own terms of service

Globe Capital Securities is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, stock broker, or Portfolio Management Service. Our services are provided on a technology and advisory basis only.

The trade signals, tips, and market insights provided by Globe Capital are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute regulated investment advice under any applicable law.

**Important:** You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. We strongly recommend consulting a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, investment advisor, or financial planner before making any investment decisions based on our signals or content.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that Globe Capital is not liable for any financial losses arising from the use of our signals or advisory content.

All content on our website and delivered as part of our services — including but not limited to trade signals, algorithms, reports, charts, logos, and written content — is the intellectual property of Globe Capital Securities and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

- Globe Capital Securities shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of following our trade signals or advisory services - We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services - Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the membership fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim

Markets are inherently risky. You acknowledge that you are investing at your own risk.

**By You:** You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@globecapitalsecurities.in. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period (no refunds for unused days).

**By Us:** We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Upon termination, your right to access our services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and via email (where practicable) at least 15 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
